A rounded card with a sticky heading row, rows and hairlines, filling the page’s leftover height.
When to use
Lists of records with several attributes each.
Best practices
- Headings are short nouns. Numbers align to the end, with tabular figures.
- The identifying column comes first and stays narrow; the name follows.
- Row actions are quiet icon buttons at the end of the row, all in one style.
- Offer a compact density for long lists, and a version without column lines.
- Empty, loading and error states fill the table body, never a blank card (R17).
Avoid
Records with only one or two attributes. A grouped list reads better.
